Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 400 g pasta, preferably Fleckerl
  • 500 g minced meat (hash)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 4 gherkins
  • 1 shot of cucumber juice
  • Oil or butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Prepare the noodles as directed on the package. Meanwhile, dice the onion and gherkins. Sauté the onion in oil or butter; don’t let it brown! Add the hash brown and fry for a bit; it should be hot, but not brown. Then add the sliced ​​gherkins and mix well. Be careful not to create any big lumps! Gradually mix in the drained noodles. Finally, add a good splash of the pickle juice. This is also my secret tip, which I discovered somewhere. Tastes delicious. Add salt and pepper. It’s super quick and ideal for when you’re really hungry.
