Quark – Buns without Yeast and without Rising
The perfect quark – buns without yeast and without rising recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Lowfat quark
- 300 g Spelled flour
- 1 piece Organic egg
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Sachets Tartar baking powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar or honey
- Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir well. The dough can be used immediately, form a roll and with a knife I cut off slices, placed them on baking paper and baked the particles at 180 degrees, preheated oven, for about 20 minutes.
- These rolls are ideal for breakfast and are quick to make. If you bake them the night before, however, they are a little more stable, not hard but firmer.
