Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Whole wheat flour
  • 1 packet Tartar baking powder
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Vanilla pods (pulp only)
  • 1 Egg
  • 250 g Quark semi-fat

Instructions
 

  • Put the egg with the quark in the mixing bowl and stir on speed 4 for a good 2 minutes.
  • Weigh out the flour, add Bach powder, sugar and the scraped-out vanilla pulp and mix everything into a dough ... the machine does that on its own and it does it really well. Read more about bread & rolls: Quick Quark Roll Recipe
  • Then shape 6 rolls, put them on baking paper, cut the rolls crosswise and preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees 😉 the rolls were good .... my Sunday rolls are sure; -))) Read more about bread & rolls: Quick quark rolls recipe
