Bread & Buns: Quark – Vanilla – Buns
The perfect bread & buns: quark – vanilla – buns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Whole wheat flour
- 1 packet Tartar baking powder
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 piece Vanilla pods (pulp only)
- 1 piece Egg
- 250 g Quark semi-fat
- Put the egg with the quark in the mixing bowl and stir on speed 4 for a good 2 minutes.
