Bread & Buns: Quark – Vanilla – Buns

The perfect bread & buns: quark – vanilla – buns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Whole wheat flour
  • 1 packet Tartar baking powder
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 piece Vanilla pods (pulp only)
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 250 g Quark semi-fat
  1. Put the egg with the quark in the mixing bowl and stir on speed 4 for a good 2 minutes.
