Delicious Light Quark Muffins with Yeast

- 160 g Flour
- 0,5 packet Dry yeast
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 150 g Lowfat quark
- 40 ml Milk
- 40 g Soft butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- First of all, grease the muffin tin or use sweet paper baking cases. The oven is preheated to 180 degrees circulating air.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, dry yeast, sugar and salt together.
- Mix the milk and low-fat quark in another bowl until frothy. Gradually add the butter, vanilla extract, egg and flour mixture. Then let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
- Briefly stir the dough and pour it into the muffin cups. Let stand for another 60 minutes so that the mixture rises nicely and the muffins look great later.
- Then just slide the muffins into the oven and bake until golden brown for 20 minutes.
