Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 tbsp flour (wheat flour)
- 2 tsp salt
- 350 ml milk
- 1 tbsp butter

Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel, and mash them. Stir the flour into the warm mashed potatoes. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 3 to 4 hours. Season to taste and add a little more sweetener, if desired. Stir in salt, milk, and butter. Butter an ovenproof dish and pour the mixture into it, leaving enough space for the casserole to rise. Bake in the oven at 150°C for approximately 1.5 hours.
