Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 300 g mixed vegetables (frozen)
- 100 g zucchini, diced
- 400 g potatoes, pre-cooked, sliced
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. Nutmeg
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 150 g cream cheese with herbs
- 200 ml milk
- 2 tsp mustard
- 100 g cheese, grated

quick and easy to make
Remove vegetables from the frozen package, peel, and dice the zucchini. Fry the minced meat in a non-stick pan without fat until crumbly. Briefly fry the vegetables and potatoes. Season with herbs, salt, and pepper to taste. Transfer to an ovenproof casserole dish. Peel the garlic, press it through a press, and mix with the cream cheese, milk, mustard, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour over the minced meat and vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
