Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 jar sour cherries
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 apple
- 125 g margarine
- 125 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 2 tbsp semolina
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 10 g butter

Recipe from my mother
Drain the cherries, reserving the juice and setting it aside. Grease and crumble a baking dish. Chop the banana and apple into small pieces and mix them with the cherries into the dish. Beat the margarine and sugar until fluffy, gradually whisk in the eggs, followed by the quark and semolina. Spread the mixture over the fruit, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and dot with butter. Bake for about 25 minutes at 200°C (400°F). Serve with the cherry juice from the jar.
