Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 10 chicken schnitzels, halved
- 1 jar mustard (herb mustard)
- Maggi spice mix 1 + 3
- 5 cups of crème fraîche
- ¼ liter of milk
- salt and pepper
- 1 handful of mustard seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Brush the halved chicken cutlets with mustard, season both sides with Seasoning Mix 1 + 3, and place in a greased roasting pan. Mix the crème fraîche with the milk and the remaining mustard, season with salt and pepper, and pour over the chicken. The meat should be completely covered in the sauce. Place everything in the oven uncovered on the middle rack at 180°C for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with mustard seeds after 30 minutes. Serve with curry rice and a fresh salad.
