Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g turkey or chicken
- 200 g bacon (breakfast bacon), sliced
- 150 g cream cheese with herbs
- 250 g cream
- Pepper from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the turkey or chicken into large cubes. Wrap each piece with a slice of bacon. Place the rolls in a baking dish, bacon sides together. Whisk together the cream cheese and heavy cream, pour over the meat, and season with freshly ground pepper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Serve with croquettes and steamed vegetables.
