Fruity pasta salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 500 g meat sausage
  • 1 can pineapple, quartered
  • 1 can/n tangerine(s)
  • 1 can of corn
  • 3 cucumber(s), pickled
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • Onion(s), pearl onions to taste
  • 4 eggs, hard boiled
  • ½ bottle of tomato ketchup
  • 1 jar of remoulade
  • 3 tbsp cucumber juice
  • 1 tbsp juice (fruit juice)
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Cut everything into bite-sized pieces and mix together. Mix the dressing separately, pour it over the salad, and let it marinate.
