Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pasta (spaghetti)
- 400 g minced beef
- 1 onion(s)
- 500 ml tomato juice
- 200 g hazelnuts, ground
- 50 g cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- salt and pepper
- curry
- spice(s) to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dice and fry the onions, add the minced meat, and season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with tomato juice and stir in the hazelnuts. Season to taste with 1-2 (or more) tablespoons of cinnamon, curry, and whatever else you have on hand. Cook the pasta as usual. Layer the pasta and sauce in a casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in the oven (electric stove) at 200°C for about 40 minutes. Serve with salad or bread as desired. Enjoy.
