Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed or
- 500 g tagliatelle or wide pasta
- 400 g whipped cream
- 400 g cream cheese spread
- 1 pkt. Tomato(s), pureed with herbs, 500 ml
- salt and pepper
- Pizza seasoning
- 200 g Emmental cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Cook pasta according to instructions. Brown the ground beef vigorously. Add the crushed tomatoes. Season the ground beef with the spices mentioned above. Bring the cream to a boil and add the cheese spread. Grease a casserole dish. Layer the pasta, meat sauce, and cheese sauce. Finally, sprinkle with Emmental cheese. Bake in the oven at 200°C.
