  • 2 tbsp oil, not olive oil!

  • 2 small garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp, chopped dill, dried
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Radishes, possibly

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

just the way we like it – not too sour, but still refreshing!

Finely dice the onion and garlic and mix with the sour cream. Add the vinegar, mustard, sugar, and Worcestershire sauce and mix everything well. Finally, mix in the oil. Peel the cucumber, slice it thinly, and add it to the sauce. Season everything well with plenty of pepper, salt, lemon juice, and dill, and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours. Then season again with salt and pepper, if desired. If you like, you can also add half a bunch of radishes. If you prefer a lot of sauce, use one cucumber; if you prefer a less runny sauce, use two cucumbers. Sour cream works instead of sour cream. Of course, you can also use fresh dill, but I usually only have dried dill at home, as I usually decide on this salad spontaneously.
