Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ celery root
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 handful of walnuts
- ½ bunch parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
grated celery with yogurt and garlic
Peel the celery root and finely grate it. In a bowl, mix the yogurt and mayonnaise, mince the garlic, chop the walnuts slightly with a knife, chop the parsley, and add it. Mix in the celery and serve.
