Spaghetti slices from the tray

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 m.-large zucchini
  • 400 g minced beef
  • 4 tsp salsa verde or pesto verde
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tsp thyme
  • Salt
  • pepper, black
  • Olive oil, for frying
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 200 g Emmental cheese, grated
  • 500g spaghetti

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Dice the bell peppers, garlic, and spring onions, peel and grate the zucchini. Brown everything, then brown the ground beef and mix everything together. Season generously with tomato paste, salsa verde, and seasonings. Cook the spaghetti al dente and then place it on a greased, deep baking sheet. Spread the vegetable and meat mixture over the spaghetti. Whisk the eggs with cream and milk, season generously with salt, and pour over the top. Sprinkle with grated Emmental cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes. A green or mixed fresh salad goes wonderfully with this dish. Perfect for any party, it’s perfect to prepare in advance!
