Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 120 g chicory
- 120 g orange(s)
- 400 g sour milk
- 200 g milk
- some vanilla sugar or agave syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Clean, finely chop, and wash the chicory. Peel and dice or juice the orange. Place everything in a tall container and puree. Season to taste and pour into glasses. Serve fresh.
