Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 200 g Stollen
- 8 tbsp apple juice
- 2 apples
- 500 g quark
- 500 g sour milk
- 100 g sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 4 tbsp almond flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
With quark and sour milk
Cut the Stollen into slices. Line a baking dish with them. Soak in apple juice. Peel or wash the apples, halve, core, and thinly slice. Place the slices on the Stollen layer. Mix the quark, sour milk, sugar, and vanilla sugar until creamy and season to taste. Pour the cream into the dish. Toast the flaked almonds in a dry pan and, once cooled, sprinkle them over the cream. Let stand for at least 2-3 hours.
