Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g meat sausage
  • 200 g sausage (black sausage)
  • 3 gherkins
  • 2 onions
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Skin the sausage and cut into strips. Also cut the onions and cucumbers into strips. Mix everything in a bowl. For the marinade, combine water, vinegar, and oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar, and mustard. Pour over the salad and toss. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes.
