  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

small meatballs

Place the minced meat in a large bowl. Peel the onions, dice them into small pieces, and fry them in a small non-stick pan without any (!) fat until golden brown. Wash the parsley and chop them finely with a mincing knife. In the meantime, add the mustard, eggs, pepper, salt, paprika powder, garlic powder, the fried diced onions, and the parsley pieces to the minced meat and mix everything well. While mixing, gradually add a little breadcrumbs until the desired consistency is reached. Form the meat mixture into small dumplings and place them on a plate. In the meantime, heat a pan and add some fat. Fry the meatballs in the hot fat on both sides until browned and crispy (turn them frequently during cooking). They taste good hot or cold.
