Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of pizza dough (refrigerated section)
- 500 g minced meat (beef)
- 2 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
- 2 tbsp milk, 1.5%
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs of your choice
- 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
- 1 egg(s)
- 500 ml broth (beef)
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 large beefsteak tomato(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Mix the herbs with lukewarm milk, stir in the minced meat, egg, and quark. Wash and pick the parsley. Roll out the pizza dough and spread the minced meat mixture on top, leaving a 3cm border all around. Place the parsley leaves on top. Loosely roll the dough into a strudel and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into thin strips. Wash the tomato and cut into small cubes. Bring the beef stock to a boil. Add the leek strips and cook briefly. Heat the tomato cubes in it. Slice the strudel. Pour some stock into a plate and place a piece of strudel in each plate.
