Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 1 kg leek
- 1 kg minced meat, mixed
- 4 cream cheese wedges
- 2 processed cheese wedges (herbs)
- salt and pepper
- Water
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the leek and slice it into thin strips. Brown the minced meat, then add the leek and cook briefly. Then add about 1 1/2 liters of water until everything is covered. Simmer over medium heat until cooked through. Finally, add the cheese and season with salt and pepper, stirring constantly.
