Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bunch of soup greens, fresh
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 cube of meat broth (for 1/2 l liquid)
- 1 can Lentils (850 ml) with soup greens
- 300 g salami, Mett or meat sausage in one piece
- Pepper, white from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Clean and wash the vegetables. Thinly slice the carrots and slice the leeks. Dice the celery. Briefly rinse and chop the celery leaves. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Sauté the vegetables for about 2 minutes. Add 3/8 l water and dissolve the stock cube while stirring. Cook the vegetables in the stock for about 10 minutes. Place the lentils in a sieve and rinse briefly with cold water. Add to the vegetables and simmer for another 5 minutes. Dice the sausage. Add to the stew and heat through. Season with pepper to taste. Serve with farmhouse bread.
