Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g ginger, peeled, finely grated and weighed
- 150 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 100 g liquid honey

Combine all ingredients in a tall mixing bowl and blend until smooth. Pour into a screw-top jar (approx. 350 ml) and store in the refrigerator. I take a tablespoon daily; the mixture works wonders for colds and sore throats. It also strengthens the immune system, which is especially important these days. If you’re new to the taste, start with a teaspoonful. Hold the liquid in your mouth for a while and swallow very slowly.
