Light garlic dip

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 150 g yogurt (cream yogurt)
  • 50 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • ½ onion(s), red
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of horseradish
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Blend the yogurt with the low-fat quark until creamy, gradually adding the milk and lemon juice. Finely chop the garlic and add it to the dip. Finely chop the onion and parsley, reserving some and adding the rest to the dip. Season with salt and pepper, and add sugar and horseradish to taste. Serve the garlic dip sprinkled with the remaining onion and parsley.
