Zucchini Pasta Pot

The perfect zucchini pasta pot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Turkey breast
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 2 Dried tomatoes in oil
  • Grated lemon peel
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 200 g Fusilli
  • 50 ml Cream
  • 350 ml Vegetable broth
  • Basil
  • Spring onion rod
  1. Peel the onion and garlic, dice finely, halve the courgette lengthways and cut into slices.
  2. Drain the sun-dried tomatoes on a kitchen towel, chop them up, grate the lemon peel and chop the basil.
  3. Dice the turkey breast, season with salt and pepper and fry with the onion and the garlic.
  4. Now add the zucchini, fry, add the noodles with the broth, bring to the boil and slowly simmer until the noodles are still slightly firm to the bite.
  5. Stir in the cream, lemon zest and leek and season with salt and pepper.
