Zucchini Pasta Pot
The perfect zucchini pasta pot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Turkey breast
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 Dried tomatoes in oil
- Grated lemon peel
- Salt
- Pepper
- 200 g Fusilli
- 50 ml Cream
- 350 ml Vegetable broth
- Basil
- Spring onion rod
- Peel the onion and garlic, dice finely, halve the courgette lengthways and cut into slices.
- Drain the sun-dried tomatoes on a kitchen towel, chop them up, grate the lemon peel and chop the basil.
- Dice the turkey breast, season with salt and pepper and fry with the onion and the garlic.
- Now add the zucchini, fry, add the noodles with the broth, bring to the boil and slowly simmer until the noodles are still slightly firm to the bite.
- Stir in the cream, lemon zest and leek and season with salt and pepper.
