Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 kg fish (pollock fillet)
  • 1 liter vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 250 ml beer (pilsner)
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the fish fillets and pat dry. Season with lemon juice, pepper, and a little salt. Whisk the eggs with the beer and flour. Heat the oil in a pan. Dip the fish in batches in the batter and then fry in the hot oil.
