Sausage goulash

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 600 g meat sausage
  • 1 can beans (chopped beans)
  • 1 jar tomato peppers
  • ½ bottle of ketchup (curry ketchup), hot
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the sausage into approximately 1 cm cubes and coarsely dice the onions. Sauté both in the oil until hot and deglaze with the water. Add the beans and tomato peppers with their juices, along with the ketchup. Stir, heat everything up, and serve. We serve it with rice, but it also tastes good with pasta or white bread.
