Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 fish(s) , (herring)
- 1 small green bell pepper(s)
- 1 small red bell pepper(s)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 apple
- 125 ml vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Pepper, white
- Sugar
- 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
- some lettuce
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Finely dice the soaked and filleted herring, along with the peppers, apple, and onion. Mix everything well with the remaining ingredients, arrange on washed and dried lettuce leaves, garnish with egg slices, and serve with toast.
