Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 30 minutes

for ‘sweet and fruity cocktail lovers’, great for a girls’ night

The night before, soak the segmented oranges in their juice and tequila and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Combine the remaining juices in a punch bowl, add the orange segments, juice, and tequila. As soon as your guests arrive, top up the punch with sparkling wine and a few dashes of grenadine. Don’t stir, just drink. This punch is always a hit at parties, and I’ve even offered it in a non-alcoholic version, a kind of vitamin boost for pregnant women (omit the tequila and use mineral water instead of sparkling wine).
