Cherry punch with sparkling wine

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g cherry(s), frozen
  • 500 ml vodka
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine
  • 500 ml ice cream, vanilla ice cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Thaw the frozen cherries until they begin to release their juice. Then pour the vodka over them and let it steep for 12 hours. Just before the party starts, pour a bottle of dry sparkling wine over the cherries. Add the vanilla ice cream (scoops or simply cut into large cubes) and stir. Once the ice cream has melted, it tastes like a boozy milkshake with cherries.
