Covered Apple Pie My Style
The perfect covered apple pie my style recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 piece Egg
- 100 Gra Sugar
- 100 Gra Powdered sugar
- 150 ml Sunflower oil
- 150 ml Milk
- 300 g 405 flour
- 1 Pck Gala Bourbon Custard
- 1 Pck Baking powder
- 4 piece Apples Red Jonapince sweet and sour
- Peel the apples and cut into thin slices. Then put them in lemon water so they don’t turn brown.
- Mix the eggs and sugar until creamy, gradually add the oil and milk and mix everything together well.
- Sieve the flour and baking powder together and stir in well. Then stir in the vanilla pudding.
- Now fill 3/4 of the dough into a greased springform pan (diameter 26). Then spread the apple slices on top. Now distribute the remaining dough over the apple slices.
- Bake in the preheated electric oven (top / bottom heat) 175 degrees on the second rack from the bottom for 45 minutes. The baking time can vary (depending on the oven).
