Covered Apple Pie My Style

  • 4 piece Egg
  • 100 Gra Sugar
  • 100 Gra Powdered sugar
  • 150 ml Sunflower oil
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 300 g 405 flour
  • 1 Pck Gala Bourbon Custard
  • 1 Pck Baking powder
  • 4 piece Apples Red Jonapince sweet and sour
  1. Peel the apples and cut into thin slices. Then put them in lemon water so they don’t turn brown.
  2. Mix the eggs and sugar until creamy, gradually add the oil and milk and mix everything together well.
  3. Sieve the flour and baking powder together and stir in well. Then stir in the vanilla pudding.
  4. Now fill 3/4 of the dough into a greased springform pan (diameter 26). Then spread the apple slices on top. Now distribute the remaining dough over the apple slices.
  5. Bake in the preheated electric oven (top / bottom heat) 175 degrees on the second rack from the bottom for 45 minutes. The baking time can vary (depending on the oven).
