Halloween Pumpkin Rice Balls

The perfect halloween pumpkin rice balls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1,5 Cup Short grain rice
  • 2 Cup Carrot juice
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 7 Pc. Black olives
  • 15 Pc. Beans green
  1. For the rice, put 1 cup of water with the carrot juice in a saucepan, lightly salt and bring to the boil. Cook the short grain rice at medium temperature for about 15 minutes, until all the liquid is absorbed.
  2. Let the rice cool down to room temperature. Then shape small balls from 2 teaspoons of rice with moistened hands.
  3. Using a sharp knife, cut 3 small triangles for each rice ball from the olives as eyes and nose. In addition, a mouth in any shape.
  4. Now cut off the ends of the green beans and set aside for decoration. Cut the rest of the bean into thin strips. The raw beans are only used for decoration and should not be consumed! If the beans are also to be edible, they must be cooked beforehand.
  5. Now press the olive molds onto the rice balls to give them a creepy Halloween face. Tuck the ends of the green beans into the top of the rice balls.
