Carrot Corn Iceberg Salad

The perfect carrot corn iceberg salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 size Carrot
  • 0,5 smaller Iceberg lettuce
  • 3 tbsp Pre-Cooked corn kernels
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dried coriander
  • 1 tbsp Dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  1. Wash the carrot, peel it and slice it into oblong sticks. Wash and cut the iceberg lettuce. Transfer both together with the corn into a salad bowl.
  2. For the dressing, mix the juice with a little salt. Add the oil while stirring and add the dried herbs if you like. Mix the dressing with the salad and serve.
