Carrot Corn Iceberg Salad
The perfect carrot corn iceberg salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 size Carrot
- 0,5 smaller Iceberg lettuce
- 3 tbsp Pre-Cooked corn kernels
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Dried coriander
- 1 tbsp Dried parsley
- 1 tbsp Salt
- Wash the carrot, peel it and slice it into oblong sticks. Wash and cut the iceberg lettuce. Transfer both together with the corn into a salad bowl.
- For the dressing, mix the juice with a little salt. Add the oil while stirring and add the dried herbs if you like. Mix the dressing with the salad and serve.
