Soy Schnetzel with Tomato Rice

- 250 ml Vegetable broth
- 250 ml Sieved tomatos
- 100 g Long grain top rice
- 50 g Dried soy schnitzel
- 1 tbsp Dried onions
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Dried oregano
- 1 tbsp Dried marjoram
- 1 tbsp Salt and pepper
- Heat some oil in a saucepan and fry the rice in it. Deglaze with the broth and tomatoes. Add the soy shredded and let everything simmer for about 15 minutes. Stir in the onions and, if you like, the spices and serve.
