Hearty Mince Pot with Fork Spaghetti

The perfect hearty mince pot with fork spaghetti recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 2 Pc. Zucchini
  • 700 g Minced meat
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1,25 l Vegetable broth
  • 150 g Fork spaghetti
  • 5 tsp Food starch
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 1 Can Corn
  1. Cut the mushrooms and zucchini into slices, fry one after the other in a pan and set aside.
  2. Sear the minced meat in a deep pan and season with salt and pepper. Add the tomato paste to the minced meat and sweat a little.
  3. Deglaze with vegetable stock and add fork spaghetti. Bring to the boil and simmer at medium temperature for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Dissolve the cornstarch in water and add to the minced meat with the sour cream.
  5. Add the mushrooms, zucchini and corn and season with salt and pepper.
