Lean Chinese Cabbage Mince Spaghetti Sauce

- 500 g Fresh minced beef
- 500 g Chinese cabbage fresh
- 100 g Grated carrots
- 100 g Diced onion
- 20 g Chopped garlic
- 100 Milliliters Asian fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon Vegeta spice
- 1 Can Chopped tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 0,5 teaspoon Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)
- 100 g Cream / sour cream 20% fat
- 20 Milliliters Oil
- Sweat the onion and garlic in the oil and add the minced meat. Sauté for about 15 minutes and then add other vegetables.
