Hearty Mince Pot with Fork Spaghetti

- 200 g Mushrooms
- 2 Pc. Zucchini
- 700 g Minced meat
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1,25 l Vegetable broth
- 150 g Fork spaghetti
- 5 tsp Food starch
- 200 g Sour cream
- 1 Can Corn
- Cut the mushrooms and zucchini into slices, fry one after the other in a pan and set aside.
- Sear the minced meat in a deep pan and season with salt and pepper. Add the tomato paste to the minced meat and sweat a little.
- Deglaze with vegetable stock and add fork spaghetti. Bring to the boil and simmer at medium temperature for 2-3 minutes.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in water and add to the minced meat with the sour cream.
- Add the mushrooms, zucchini and corn and season with salt and pepper.
