Crunchy Granola – Crunchy Muesli
The perfect crunchy granola – crunchy muesli recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Coconut shavings
- 100 g Core mix
- 50 g Chia seeds
- 50 g Linseed
- 50 g Large spelled oatmeal leaf
- 50 g Whole peeled almonds
- 30 g Coconut oil
- 1 Vanilla pod
- 2 Cinnamon sticks
- 2 tbsp Ground cinnamon
- Put coconut shavings, kernel mix, chia seeds, flax seeds and oatmeal in a bowl. Roughly chop the almonds and mix well with 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees!
- Halve the vanilla pod and scrape out the pulp. Warm coconut oil with vanilla pulp, vanilla pod, cinnamon sticks and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Not cook! Mix the coconut mixture well with the muesli mixture and spread it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
- Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. Then turn it over with a spatula and stir a little! Then bake for another 10-15 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet!
- If you like it sweet, add some agave syrup, honey or maple syrup before baking! Before filling, you can remove the cinnamon and vanilla pods! I put it in the glass and it flavored even more! 🙂
