Crunchy Muesli with Nectarines
The perfect crunchy muesli with nectarines recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Oatmeal
- 40 g Pumpkin seeds
- 40 g Sunflower seeds
- 40 g Almonds, chopped
- 2 tsp Cinammon
- 125 ml Honey
- 90 ml Rapeseed oil
- 2 Nectarines, sliced
- 500 g Vanilla yogurt
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix the oatmeal, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds and cinnamon in a large bowl. Heat the honey and oil in a small saucepan at low temperature for 2 minutes while stirring, until the honey is liquid and a homogeneous mixture is formed Spread the oatmeal mixture evenly on 2 baking sheets lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool and divide into glasses. Layer alternately nectarine slices and vanilla yoghurt.
