Crunchy Muesli with Nectarines

The perfect crunchy muesli with nectarines recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Oatmeal
  • 40 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 40 g Sunflower seeds
  • 40 g Almonds, chopped
  • 2 tsp Cinammon
  • 125 ml Honey
  • 90 ml Rapeseed oil
  • 2 Nectarines, sliced
  • 500 g Vanilla yogurt
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix the oatmeal, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds and cinnamon in a large bowl. Heat the honey and oil in a small saucepan at low temperature for 2 minutes while stirring, until the honey is liquid and a homogeneous mixture is formed Spread the oatmeal mixture evenly on 2 baking sheets lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool and divide into glasses. Layer alternately nectarine slices and vanilla yoghurt.
