Pasta with Light Herb Sauce (vegan)
The perfect pasta with light herb sauce (vegan) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 ml Soy milk
- 125 ml Pasta
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Margarine
- 1 tbsp Dried salad herbs
- 1 tsp Vegetable broth powder
- 1 tsp Salt pepper
- Cook the pasta in a saucepan according to the instructions, drain and set aside.
- Melt the margarine in the saucepan and stir in the flour. Sweat briefly, then slowly pour in the milk and stir well at all times. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in the stock powder and herbs. Season to taste with a little salt and pepper. Add the noodles and briefly heat them up again. Then serve.
