Pasta with Light Herb Sauce (vegan)

The perfect pasta with light herb sauce (vegan) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 ml Soy milk
  • 125 ml Pasta
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tbsp Margarine
  • 1 tbsp Dried salad herbs
  • 1 tsp Vegetable broth powder
  • 1 tsp Salt pepper
  1. Cook the pasta in a saucepan according to the instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the margarine in the saucepan and stir in the flour. Sweat briefly, then slowly pour in the milk and stir well at all times. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in the stock powder and herbs. Season to taste with a little salt and pepper. Add the noodles and briefly heat them up again. Then serve.
