  • 200 ml Milk
  • 200 g Processed cheese double cream setting
  • 100 g Wheat flour
  • 2 size Eggs
  • 2 size Salt
  1. For the spaetzle, mix the flour with a pinch of salt and the eggs. Then let the dough rest for about 20 minutes. Bring a saucepan with plenty of water and a little salt to a boil. Scrape the spaetzle dough off the board in portions and add to the boiling water. When they swim to the surface, they are done and must be removed with a slotted spoon. Store temporarily in a bowl.
  2. When the whole dough has been made into spaetzle, heat a pan with the milk. Add the processed cheese and stir until the milk and cheese are well mixed. Then add the cooked spaetzle, briefly warm up and serve.
