Garlic Tomato Pizza (vegan)

  • 400 g Chunky tomatoes
  • 375 g Wheat flour
  • 225 ml Warm water
  • 7 g Dry yeast
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 2 size Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Dried basil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Pizza seasoning
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. For the pizza base, mix the flour, salt, sugar and yeast in a bowl. Add the oil and water. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes, then let it rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes.
