for seasoning:
- 3 medium sized Onions cut into rings
- 20 g Alsan for roasting
- 200 g Cheese to grate
- 200 g From a vegetable broth
- 200 g Freshly ground pepper a.d.M
Freshly made spaetzle
- * Pasta: Quick spelled spaetzle / Knöpf’le
- Put the spaetzle in a pan, rub the cheese over it and put it in the oven for about 15 minutes and let the cheese melt at 180 degrees.
- While the pan is in the oven, heat up Alsan in a pan and brown the onions, which then just come on top, a little parsley on it and good hunger.
