Vegetarian: Cheese Spaetzle with Fried Onions

Ingredients
 

for seasoning:

  • 3 medium sized Onions cut into rings
  • 20 g Vegan butter
  • 200 g Cheese to grate
  • 200 g From a vegetable broth
  • 200 g Freshly ground pepper a.d.M

Instructions
 

Freshly made spaetzle

  • * Pasta: Quick spelled spaetzle / Knöpf'le
  • Put the spaetzle in a pan, rub the cheese over it and put it in the oven for about 15 minutes and let the cheese melt at 180 degrees.
  • While the pan is in the oven, heat up Alsan in a pan and brown the onions, which then just come on top, a little parsley on it and good hunger.
