Parsnips – Apple – Raw Vegetables

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Organic orange
  • 250 g Whole milk - yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Horseradish
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 500 g Parsnips
  • 2 Apples
  • Sal, pepper
  • 0,5 bunch Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Rub the zest off the organic orange, cut the orange in half.
  • Squeeze one half of the orange.
  • Peel the other half and cut into small pieces.
  • Mix whole milk yogurt with orange juice, horseradish, honey and oil and orange zest.
  • Clean, peel and grate the parsnips.
  • Peel, core and finely grate apples.
  • Fold both with the orange pieces into the yogurt.
  • Sprinkle chopped parsley on the salad.
