Ingredients
- 1 Organic orange
- 250 g Whole milk - yogurt
- 2 tbsp Horseradish
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 500 g Parsnips
- 2 Apples
- Sal, pepper
- 0,5 bunch Parsley
Instructions
- Rub the zest off the organic orange, cut the orange in half.
- Squeeze one half of the orange.
- Peel the other half and cut into small pieces.
- Mix whole milk yogurt with orange juice, horseradish, honey and oil and orange zest.
- Clean, peel and grate the parsnips.
- Peel, core and finely grate apples.
- Fold both with the orange pieces into the yogurt.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley on the salad.
