Parsnips – Apple – Raw Vegetables

The perfect parsnips – apple – raw vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Organic orange
  • 250 g Whole milk – yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Horseradish
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 500 g Parsnips
  • 2 Apples
  • Sal, pepper
  • 0,5 bunch Parsley
  1. Rub the zest off the organic orange, cut the orange in half.
  2. Squeeze one half of the orange.
  3. Peel the other half and cut into small pieces.
  4. Mix whole milk yogurt with orange juice, horseradish, honey and oil and orange zest.
  5. Clean, peel and grate the parsnips.
  6. Peel, core and finely grate apples.
  7. Fold both with the orange pieces into the yogurt.
  8. Sprinkle chopped parsley on the salad.
