Creamy Potato Soup with Sausages

The perfect creamy potato soup with sausages recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 10 size Potatoes
  • 4 medium sized Carrots
  • 1200 ml Water
  • 10 piece Wienerle (Viennese sausages)
  • 15 tbsp Sausage water from the glass
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Fresh chives rolls
  • 1,5 tsp Vegetable broth powder
  1. Peel the potatoes + carrots, cut into small pieces and rinse. .
