Ingredients
- 10 size Potatoes
- 4 medium sized Carrots
- 1200 ml Water
- 10 piece Wienerle (Viennese sausages)
- 15 tbsp Sausage water from the glass
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp Fresh chives rolls
- 1,5 tsp Vegetable broth powder
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes + carrots, cut into small pieces and rinse. .
- Put both with the water and a little salt in a saucepan and cook until cooked.
- 3 Remove trowels and set aside.
- Puree the rest in the pot with the water.
- Add the set aside again.
- Cut the sausages into small pieces and place them in the pan with the chives.
- Let it boil again.
