Creamy Potato Soup with Sausages

Ingredients
 

  • 10 size Potatoes
  • 4 medium sized Carrots
  • 1200 ml Water
  • 10 piece Wienerle (Viennese sausages)
  • 15 tbsp Sausage water from the glass
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Fresh chives rolls
  • 1,5 tsp Vegetable broth powder

Instructions
 

  • Peel the potatoes + carrots, cut into small pieces and rinse. .
  • Put both with the water and a little salt in a saucepan and cook until cooked.
  • 3 Remove trowels and set aside.
  • Puree the rest in the pot with the water.
  • Add the set aside again.
  • Cut the sausages into small pieces and place them in the pan with the chives.
  • Let it boil again.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper. Finished
