Stuffed Zucchini with Minced Meat

The perfect stuffed zucchini with minced meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Pc. Zucchini, 750 gr.
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 1 Pc. Tomato
  • 400 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 0,25 liter Meat broth (cubes)
  • 50 g Grated cheese
  1. Wash the zucchini thoroughly, remove the flower base and stem, cut in half lengthways and scoop out with a spoon.
  2. Don’t dice the onion. Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and finely dice. Mix the minced meat with the onion, tomatoes and thyme and season to taste.
  3. Fill the zucchini with the minced meat mixture and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Now put the zucchini in a baking dish, pour in the meat stock and give the butter flakes. Now place the casserole dish in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes.
  4. As a side dish I give boiled basmati rice and a tomato sauce
